Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes according to medical instructions.
Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and oxygen levels.
Observe patient condition and report any changes to the doctor or supervisor.
Medication & Treatment
Administer medications as prescribed (oral, IV, injections).
Perform wound dressing, catheter care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
Assist with pain management and chronic disease care.
Personal Care Support
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
Support bedridden patients with repositioning to prevent bedsores.
Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.
Care Planning & Documentation
Create and follow individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Maintain accurate records of treatments, observations, and progress.
Communicate effectively with families regarding patient condition and care needs.
Safety & Infection Control
Ensure infection control standards are followed in all procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe environment for the patient at home.
Educate families on hygiene and preventive care.
Emotional & Family Support
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Educate family members on proper care techniques.
Emergency Response
Handle emergencies promptly and coordinate with medical professionals or emergency services when needed.
