Administer first aid treatment and basic life support for injuries, illnesses, and accidents occurring on site.
Keep accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of all medical cases, treatments, and medications dispensed.
Perform daily or scheduled health monitoring of workers, including temperature checks, blood pressure monitoring, and other basic health assessments.
Respond promptly to workplace incidents and assist in emergency medical evacuation procedures when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinic, ensuring medical supplies and equipment are serviceable and within expiry dates.
Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and ambulance services for referrals, further treatment, or emergency transfers.
Conduct awareness sessions and toolbox talks on hygiene, hydration, heat stress prevention, and other health-related topics.
Support pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations in coordination with approved medical providers.
Collaborate with the HSE team in health-related programs such as heat stress campaigns, wellness checks, and vaccination drives.
Provide periodic reports to management on common site illnesses or injuries to help identify preventive measures.
Any other related duties assigned by the HOD to ensure the overall success of the business.
