As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, managing and coordinating care plans in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients and their families, providing education and support throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, carefully monitoring for side effects and patient responses.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information, promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Assist in medical procedures and diagnostic tests as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
