Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide medical care, first aid, and health support to patients/employees, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards, safety regulations, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care including assessment, monitoring, and treatment as per medical protocols. Administer medications, injections, vaccinations, and wound care as prescribed. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, medical histories, and treatment progress. Respond to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and stabilize patients before referral. Support doctors/medical officers in examinations, procedures, and health check-ups. Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and ensure proper sterilization and inventory control. Conduct health awareness sessions, wellness programs, and preventive care campaigns. Ensure compliance with infection control, hygiene, and occupational health standards. Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and documentation for audits and legal compliance. Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent). Valid Nursing License/Registration (as per local regulatory authority). Minimum [X] years of experience in hospital/clinic/industrial site. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Strong knowledge of emergency response, occupational health, and infection control. Excellent communication, patient care, and teamwork skills
