We are looking for a DOH Registered Nurse with massive experience is policy making and handling DOH and Tasneef Audit and Total Quality Management.

Tracking compliance with infection control regulations and reporting any violations
Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive high quality care
Assisting with the development of care plans by interviewing patients to determine their needs and preferences
Developing policies and procedures for the clinical department or facility
Providing education to patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions
Providing clinical support to nursing staff members by answering questions about patient care needs or offering advice on difficult cases
Coordinating activities related to the hiring, firing, and training of nursing staff members
Establishing relationships with community agencies that can provide social services to patients and their families
Monitoring patient outcomes to improve or maintain patient health.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
