Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Record vital signs: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration Serve meals and assist with feeding Help with patient mobility: transfers, turning, and walking Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable patient rooms Report changes in patient condition to nurses promptly Follow infection control and safety procedures Provide emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Current CNA certification

(State of [Insert State]) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
