Job Description
We are urgently seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse
to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must hold avalid DHA license or Eligibility Letter
and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive health assessments and deliver primary care services to patients. Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and follow-ups. Support and participate in emergency response efforts and crisis management when necessary. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions, and take appropriate action promptly. Uphold infection control and clinical safety standards in accordance with DHA regulations.
Requirements:
Valid DHA License
orDHA Eligibility Letter
(Mandatory) Proven experience as a Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and patient care standards Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays as needed
