Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders
Monitor and record vital signs and patient symptoms
Administer medications, injections, and IVs as prescribed
Assist with diagnostic tests, wound care, and dressing changes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and aftercare
Support patient hygiene and daily living activities when needed
Coordinate with doctors and other medical staff for patient care plans
Ensure infection control and safety standards are maintained at all times
