Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of senior healthcare professionals Assist in medical procedures and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions

Requirements

Associate's degree in Nursing or a related field Valid nursing license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Availability to work flexible hours as needed
