Experience : 5+ Years

Description:

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of Nuance technologies, such as Nuance Voice Engines, Nuance Vocalizer, Nuance Mix, or related products, and their integration into diverse environments

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of NLP concepts, Basic Machine learning concepts and techniques of linguistic principles

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Annotating and Labeling training data, includes tagging entities in user utterances

\xc2\xb7 Experience in VXML Connectors, Dialog Engine, Dialog Model, and Integration with Mix.Dialog

\xc2\xb7 Experience in IVR and VXML

\xc2\xb7 Experience in mircosrervices and integration of webservices, web API

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Java EE,Spring Boot, NodeJS, RESTFUL services, json, SOAP services

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Cloud technologies

Functional Skills

\xc2\xb7 For Conversational Banking, familiarity with banking and financial terminology, processes, and customer interactions is essential

\xc2\xb7 Product Implementation experience with best practices of security

\xc2\xb7 Propose best solutions that meets business users requirements

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Agile methodology.

\xc2\xb7 Testing and Iteration: Proficiency in testing intents through various user inputs and iteratively refining them based on results is crucial for achieving high accuracy.
