About this Position This role leads process excellence across New Product Introduction (NPI), digital transformation, and master data management to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and innovation. It partners cross-functionally to optimize systems, streamline data, and enable scalable, high-quality product launches.
What youll do

• Optimize and harmonize NPI processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
• Define and maintain governance frameworks, workflows, and documentation standards for NPI.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement KPIs, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Support cross-functional teams in applying best practices and ensuring right-first-time data.
• Drive simplification of the NPI portfolio through reuse and variant reduction.
• Lead adoption and optimization of digital tools across R&D, supply chain, and regulatory functions.
• Champion data-driven decision-making through dashboards, automation, and analytics.
• Partner with IT and digital teams to pilot and scale innovative digital solutions.
• Ensure high-quality master data creation, governance, and maintenance across functions.
• Monitor data quality KPIs and secure regulatory-compliant data for smooth launches.
