About this Position

This role leads process excellence across New Product Introduction (NPI), digital transformation, and master data management to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and innovation. It partners cross-functionally to optimize systems, streamline data, and enable scalable, high-quality product launches.

What youll do

Optimize and harmonize NPI processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability. Define and maintain governance frameworks, workflows, and documentation standards for NPI. Identify bottlenecks and implement KPIs, dashboards, and process improvements. Support cross-functional teams in applying best practices and ensuring right-first-time data. Drive simplification of the NPI portfolio through reuse and variant reduction. Lead adoption and optimization of digital tools across R&D, supply chain, and regulatory functions. Champion data-driven decision-making through dashboards, automation, and analytics. Partner with IT and digital teams to pilot and scale innovative digital solutions. Ensure high-quality master data creation, governance, and maintenance across functions. Monitor data quality KPIs and secure regulatory-compliant data for smooth launches.
