This is a high-impact position focused on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored service solutions. You'll collaborate across teams to promote Green Optima's smart building technologies and digital transformation offerings.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and close sales opportunities for BMS, IoT, and digital service solutions
Engage with clients to identify operational challenges and propose upgrade and retrofit strategies
Promote connected services such as IoT monitoring, SaaS platforms, and performance analytics
Partner with technical and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Lead customer workshops to showcase value-driven digital strategies
Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and evolving client needs

? What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in technical sales or business development
Strong knowledge of BMS, IoT, and smart building technologies
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Experience working with clients in commercial real estate, healthcare, or infrastructure is a plus
