Notary/ Legal Assistant

Job Description

Welcome and assist clients with notary service requirements in a professional and service-oriented manner. Review client documents for completeness and ensure all required information is available before data entry. Enter data accurately into the notary system and prepare drafts for powers of attorney, agreements, declarations, and other notarial documents. Generate, print, and review drafts with clients, making corrections as needed to ensure accuracy. Guide clients clearly on procedures, required documents, fees, and the signing process. Coordinate with the Notary Supervisor and Notary Public to finalize and process transactions. Maintain organized records, files, and logs in line with operational standards. Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and client service excellence in every interaction. Support queue management and workflow efficiency at the notary counter

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English. Proficient in computer use, typing, and data entry. Ability to explain procedures clearly and handle clients confidently in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail, accuracy, and document review skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and service standards.

Fixed Salary + Commission

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month
