The role involves working on projects associated with Electrical contracting, Cabling works, trading business and new business development. Dhafir Group is looking to hire a NOC/Authority coordinator for our Abu Dhabi operations. The NOC/Authority coordinator will need to coordinate with all Authorities on all NOC applications during various design and execution stages. Primary duties for this role include: 1. Securing permits and NOCs in the UAE. 2. Coordinating with local authorities to obtain all necessary project-related NOCs, including building permits. 3. Managing company registrations with authorities, developers, and service providers, and overseeing the pre-qualification process. 4. Participating in kick-off and coordination meetings, providing support for construction NOCs regarding site issues. 5. Reviewing, preparing, and submitting NOC applications, ensuring all authority requirements are met to minimize response time and avoid multiple resubmissions. 6. Monitoring drawing progress with the technical department. 7. Collecting information, preparing Design NOCs and As-Built drawings, and updating GIS data. 8. Collaborating with UAE Municipalities, DM, ADDC. AADC, ADWEA, and external stakeholders for Design NOC applications 9. Consulting with clients and engineering teams, conducting project requirement research. 10. Analyzing survey and field data and preparing reports. 11. Coordinating with sub-consultants and subcontractors to ensure project tasks are completed. 12. Adhering to safe work practices and company guidelines and policies. 13. Operating in accordance with companies Core Values, Quality Systems, Project Quality procedures, and Health & Safety procedures. 14. Managing client services and stakeholder relationships. 15. Organizing and participating in meetings with clients to gather data and discuss technical solutions related to NOC and authorities\xe2\x80\x99 approvals. 16. Attending stakeholder meetings and following up on NOCs. 17. Performing other duties as required (Documentation etc.) Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in from a recognized university.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in contracting / Consultancy, Electrical EPC projects.
• Working knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD etc.
• Must have experience working in Abu Dhabi, UAE
