-Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage, and lead the team of IT NOC operations engineers.
• Ensures that the team is following the standard process as per the agreement with the customers.
• Act as the escalation point for all requests and incidents and solve project issues effectively.
• Responsible for managing the incident management process effectively through the incident life cycle and managing the communication with the stack holders.
• Facilitating work-around solutions to ensure system recovery with minimal business impact
• Strongly maintain the SLA as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s requirement
• Point of contact for all Major incidents.
• Responsible to review the incidents to ensure that the acceptable standards are always followed by the staff.
• Escalating any identified issues that require immediate action to stakeholders.
• Reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and present to the higher management
• Arranging the Post incident review meeting with the concerned parties involved.
• Responsible to monitors the whole environment for severe events, analyzing them, and logging events as incidents.
• Proficient in Manage Engine tools such as OpManager. AppManager, Site 24*7, and other Components or similar experience with different monitoring tools.
• Good knowledge of monitoring protocols and the difference between them.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of network solutions.
