Job Title: NOC Officer

Job Purpose: Coordinating with multiple government authorities (SEWA, SRTA, FEWA, Sharjah Municipality, Ajman Municipality, UAQ Municipality Municipality, RAK Municipality) and telecommunication companies Etisalat, to secure No Objection Certificates, crucial for advancing key projects.

Job Location: ABU Dhabi

Managed the end-to-end submission and approval process for permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating project adherence. Liaised with private sector entities to streamline NOC issuance, effectively reducing project delays and maintaining continuity. Utilized problem-solving and organizational skills to navigate complex bureaucratic procedures, securing necessary clearances for project execution. Kept abreast of regulatory changes, offering expert guidance on NOC-related matters to support informed decision-making in project planning. Fostered and maintained constructive relationships with stakeholders in government and private sectors, improving efficiency in the NOC acquisition process. Orchestrated regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of government authority support with project goals and timelines. Developed comprehensive site plans and layouts to acquire permissions for site works, contributing to the smooth progression of projects. Collaborated with client management to strategize operations, ensuring high quality service delivery and efficient daily operation
