Job Summary

The NOC Engineer - Roads & Infrastructure will be responsible for managing and obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for infrastructure and road projects, ensuring full compliance with Abu Dhabi authority requirements and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, submit, and follow up on

NOC applications

for

roads and infrastructure projects

. Liaise with

Abu Dhabi authorities

and utility agencies for approvals and clearances. Strong hands-on experience with

Abu Dhabi portals

, including

ADM and related authority systems

. Coordinate with design teams to ensure submissions meet

authority standards and requirements

. Review drawings, reports, and technical documents prior to authority submission. Track NOC status, comments, and approvals; ensure timely closures. Attend coordination meetings with authorities, clients, and utility providers as required. Maintain proper records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
Authority & Portal Experience (Mandatory)

ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) portals

Abu Dhabi authority systems for roads and infrastructure Experience with utilities and infrastructure stakeholders is an advantage
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or related discipline.
Experience Requirements

Minimum

5+ years

experience as a

NOC Engineer

. Mandatory

engineering consultancy experience

. Strong experience handling

Abu Dhabi authority submissions

, despite work location being Sharjah. Roads & infrastructure project experience is essential.
Key Skills

Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to work under tight authority timelines. Detail-oriented with good documentation control skills. Immediate availability.
