Mission & Main Objectives
Plan, Develop. Launch and manage Nissan Aftersales parts, accessories and commodities to ensure leadership in competitive offerings to Nissan customers and constantly improving profitability for NMEF.
Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):
Manage existing associated business (Standard Accessory, Retail accessory, Nissan Genuine Oil,Key Value Range, Battery, Chemicals\xe2\x80\xa6.etc)
Develop and manage MTP plan for each category (parts, accessories, commodities, chemicals\xe2\x80\xa6)
Support planning for VME/ FMI for each product yearly and quarterly
Track sales, profitability and NSCs inventory of each product to ensure optimum performance
Ensure alignment from concerned stakeholders prior to the launch of any product (NML, AMIO, TCS, Legal, Purchasing, \xe2\x80\xa6)
Regular product planning sessions with NSCs to discuss potential new products and further development of existing ones (mini-conferences, seminars, etc)
Coordinate key stakeholders and NSCs on new products launches and clearly set launch strategy
Coordinate with Logistics to ensure best routes/shipping setup is done for each NSC
Close alignment & collaboration with Nissan AMIEO region and Product Planning functions to reflect the core Product requirements (Grade walk, other INT/EXT specifications, product development such as value advantage and NGMO\xe2\x80\xa6etc ) of the markets based on robust evidence and evolution of the respective segments
Build and develop business cases that shows market potential of the products and the penetration rate of NMEF
Lead all brand protection activities in the region in collaboration with NML/AMI
