We are looking for a sharp and observant

Nightlife Auditor

to join our team to be keeping an eye on POS systems, cash handling, and staff behavior to spot anything unusual -- from unauthorized complimentary tables to discrepancies in bills or cash.

This role is hands-on and requires being on the floor during night shifts, making sure everything runs smoothly and all revenue processes are respected.

Revenue & POS Checks

Audit all POS transactions at the end of the night, including bar sales, table service and VIP bookings. Check cash drops, card payments, voids, discounts and complimentary items. Match promoter sales and table reservations to what actually happened on the floor.

Fraud Detection & Floor Oversight

Watch for unusual or suspicious activities, including receipt-for-cash exchanges or unauthorized sales of complimentary tables. Monitor staff to make sure no one is manipulating POS or cash. Carry out spot checks and random floor audits.

Reporting & Follow-up

Prepare nightly audit reports and highlight any discrepancies or suspicious transactions. Immediately flag issues to management or finance for resolution. Make sure all procedures and internal policies are being followed.

Collaboration

Work closely with bartenders, waiters, promoters, and duty managers to resolve issues. Provide support to the finance team for reconciliations and reports.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years' experience in hospitality, nightlife auditing, or revenue control. Good knowledge of POS systems (Micros, Silverware, Vectron, etc.). Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset. Integrity and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced environment. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
