To oversee the night-hour supervision of the Front Office team to ensure that team members are prepared and well informed to deliver our guests an exceptional experience from welcoming to goodbye. Represents hotel management in resolving any guest or property related situation during the night.
To give full co-operation to any Cast requiring assistance in a prompt caring and helpful manner and to be flexible in assisting around the hotel in response to business and guests needs
To display a professional, caring and anticipative attitude and approach to your work colleagues and guests at all times.
Manage, record, and resolve all Guest complaints promptly and effectively
Be up to date with all hotel products, services, policies and emergency procedure
Leads from the front with integrity to build trust
To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
Following up the financial cases and monitoring the front office cashiering.
To assign responsibilities to subordinates, implementing Multi-Tasking principle and to check their performance periodically
Oversee the entire Front Office operation during the night to maintain high standards
Serve as a point of contact for regular guests and \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 List guests
Complete night audit duties efficiently and effectively and assist the Accounts Receivable Agent with providing back up to invoices.
Maximize room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
To prepare daily credit limit and cash reports.
Experience and Technical Knowledge
Previous guest relations experience in 5 star hospitality industry
2 years of experience in 5 star hotel as Night Manager
Qualifications
Front Stage Operation certificate holder / Bachelor or Master Degree in a given field
High level of verbal and written English
Other preferred languages: Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, Spanish, German
Operational knowledge of front desk operations
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of OPERA PMS
Knowledge of VIP welcoming protocol
Ability to supervise others
