Night Club Manager

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Night Club Manager to manage a busy night club in Bur Dubai. The responsibilities will involve but not limited to the following:
- Hiring, training, and managing staff, such as bartenders and waiters
- Managing inventory
- Opening and closing the club
- Ordering supplies
- Promoting club/hiring or encouraging others to promote club
- Ensuring operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws
- Implement strategies for improved work performance
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a Night Club in Bur Dubai
Currently available in UAE
Knowledge of local rules and able to manage the crowds
Physically fit and able to withstand a pressure
Have a good personality and ability to build rapport with VIP clients
