Audit and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
Verify the accuracy of daily revenue and expenses, including room charges, cash, credit card, and check transactions.
Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and guest folios.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
Update and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulations, including those related to guest privacy and financial reporting..
Act as a liaison between the front desk and other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance.
