Supervise and manage Front Office operations during the night shift to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient hotel operations.
Perform accurate night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions, reconciling revenue, and closing financial records.
Handle guest check-in and check-out during night hours, ensuring a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience.
Ensure all guest requests, inquiries, and concerns are handled promptly and effectively, maintaining high service standards.
Monitor hotel activity overnight to ensure guest safety, security, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports for management review.
Oversee cash handling, billing, postings, and credit transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
Maintain complete knowledge of room types, rates, availability, and promotions to support reservations and revenue optimization.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure seamless overnight operations and readiness for the next day.
Ensure the front desk, lobby, and public areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times during the shift.
Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally, following hotel safety and security procedures.
Act as Manager on Duty during night shifts, taking responsibility for overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional appearance, calm demeanor, and strong sense of responsibility.
Thorough knowledge of front office operations, night audit procedures, and cashiering standards.
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure during overnight hours.
Strong organizational skills and commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy.
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
