to join our front office team. The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-of-day accounting procedures and balance daily revenue reports.
Reconcile all guest folios and financial transactions.
Run audit reports and distribute necessary reports to management.
Ensure all front desk tasks (check-ins, check-outs, reservations) are completed efficiently.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor property security and safety during overnight hours.
Prepare for the following day's operations by organizing guest arrivals and special requests.
Assist with wake-up calls, guest requests, and other front desk duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality is a plus.
Proven experience in front desk or night audit roles preferred.
Proficient with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
