We are seeking an experienced

Night Auditor

with a solid background in hospitality, particularly in 3 or 4-star hotels in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of hotel management software and systems, including

IDS.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct nightly audit processes, ensuring that all financial transactions for the day are accurately recorded.

Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.

Verify room and revenue reports, ensuring all charges are accurately posted.

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during night shifts, ensuring a seamless process.

Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.

Ensure the security of the hotel and its guests throughout the night.

Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvements in operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within a 3 or 4-star hotel in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of IDS software.

Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
