Job Details

• Teach NGSS Science at high school level, with a focus on inquiry-based and hands-on learning.
• Design and deliver dynamic, standards-aligned lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress using a range of formative and summative strategies.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support academic and personal growth.
• Contribute to the school community by collaborating with colleagues, participating in meetings, and supporting extracurricular initiatives.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor of Education degree, or Bachelor's degree plus a teaching qualification such as PGCE/PGDE in Science.
• Proven experience teaching NGSS Science at high school level, preferably within American/IB curriculum schools.
• Strong subject knowledge across scientific disciplines, with ability to adapt teaching to diverse learners.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous professional development.
