Key Responsibilities
- Develop and install software solutions using Java, SQL, and J2EE technologies
- Design, implement, and deliver high-quality software projects for business process automation
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Newgen LCAP systems and other in-house applications
- Participate in coding, code reviews, unit testing, system testing, UAT, and deployment
- Develop and maintain workflow-based solutions in the banking industry
- Customize Loan Origination Systems and BPM solutions for banking applications
- Conduct system analysis to improve operations and enhance software performance
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, test plans, and release notes
- Optimize database queries and troubleshoot issues through log analysis
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, UX standards, and system security policies
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in software development
- Hands-on experience in Java, JSP, Servlets, SQL, Oracle, J2EE, and web development technologies
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, multi-tier software development, and system integration
- Experience in architecting and developing workflow-based solutions is an advantage
- Willingness to learn BPM and automation technologies
- Familiarity with UAE ecosystem components such as Emirates ID and UAEPass is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
