Job Description
We are looking for a NPD Executive - Private Label - Perfume & Cosmetics. Opportunity is for a top perfume manufacturing company headquartered in UAE. Designation: NPD Executive - Private Label Location of Job : Dubai :
- Develop new products or components in accordance with development briefs by management or client (for private labelling)
- Create product development cycle (e.g., timelines, pricing, vendor selection domestically and overseas)
- Meeting with visiting vendors (fragrance, bottle, cap, pump, packaging etc.) and obtains information on new developments
- Draws up new product draft costing jointly with purchase department and Manager
- Asses quality of incoming & finish products and take necessary steps to rectify and communicate with supplier or manufacturers
- Team up with designers for the product designs and development, box, bottle, product naming, legal texts, etc.
