Currently our company is looking to hire a talented and competitive individual in the capacity of New Product Development Executive at our Dubai Office.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and organize promotional materials along with new product development activities.

Keep track of post launch new product growth and establishment in the market and present reports during regular presentation.

Work on and implement clean label requirements during the life cycle of the product.

Be responsible for all the technical data, text matter, statutory compliances and required approvals for all the new products.

Be aware of updates and changes and statutory requirements in the operational regions of the company and update the label requirements for the products.

Organize and maintain packaging development trials and data.

Collaborate with all the team members involved in new product launch and development and ensure that all of them have brief and product progresses according to concept.

Maintain pipeline of new products to be launched with the launch schedule

Participate in product launch and briefing of business development team and post launch activities.

Prepare detailed schedule of events for each product launch and follow the same to get the launch on schedule.

Make the concept of each product and project ready before the commencement of project work and have clarity on the same.

Research all the similar products, their packaging, positioning, market penetration, all the flavor and other factors that determine the success of the product prior to commencement of each project.

Make presentation for all the activities on a weekly basis to update on the new product development.

Maintain full record for the changes and compliances during the life cycle of the products.

Be the nodal point for receiving, recording and rectifying market complaints for the product that has been launch.

Select all materials in coordination with supply chain and vendors to determine the suitability of all materials required for the new product.

Analyze and obtain accurate measurements for primary and secondary materials right up to the final shipping pallets and loads as well as loading capacities.

Responsible to study compliance requirements of target countries and implementation of the same.

Qualification

Bachelor's / Master's Degree

1-2 years' experience

Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Well organized, detail oriented, and strong follow-up ability

Ability to independently resolve both technical and commercial issues with vendors

Able to effectively use IT resources
