Your Role : As a New Business Quotes Estimator you will define the Manufacturing System for businesses under quote in EMEA region according to customers specifications & Aptiv rules. You will be also responsible for calculating the appropriate investments. Execute preliminary Manufacturing System Design. Calculate investment associated with each assigned quote and prepare the investments summary files of each one. Assure dates for assigned quoting tasks are accomplished Calculate preliminary Manufacturing Concept and align with Methods Lab or plant teams. Comply with Lean principles, best Practices and Kaizen concepts in the quote process. Prepare the necessary documentation package to get management approval of each assigned quote, MSD One Pager and summarized comparative charts between scenarios and rounds. Clarify and align about Product/Process issues with Product Engineering and Central Process team. Support Manufacturing Engineering in Flow3 work flow enhancement and digitalization.

Your Background Bac+3/Application Engineering degree or equivalent. Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Good level of computing, MS Office. Intermediate level of English is required.
