Job Description
We are currently seeking a neuroradiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified radiologist with fellowship training in neuroradiology. He or she will have experience interpreting a variety of imaging studies, including CT, MRI, and PET. The neuroradiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with neurological disorders. He or she will work closely with the neurosurgeons and neurologists on our team to provide the best possible care for our patients.

- Perform diagnostic evaluations of patients using neuroimaging modalities such as MRI, CT, and PET
- Collaborate with other physicians to develop treatment plans for patients based on diagnostic findings
- Educate patients and their families about diagnostic procedures, risks, and potential outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of patient examinations, diagnoses, and treatments
- Keep abreast of advances in neuroimaging technology and methodology
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy of diagnostic results
- Assist in the training of new neuroradiologists
- Serve on hospital committees related to the use and development of neuroimaging modalities
- Conduct research into the efficacy of new neuroimaging modalities and techniques
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Present findings at national and international conferences
- Provide expert testimony in legal cases involving neuroimaging
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
- Able to obtain a license to practice medicine in the state where the position is located
- Demonstrated clinical excellence with superior patient satisfaction scores
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fellowship training in neuroradiology from an accredited program
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
- Research experience
