We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurologist to join our esteemed medical facility in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with neurological disorders. This role requires a deep understanding of the nervous system and its impact on overall health, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and advance the field of neurology through research and education.
Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough neurological examinations and assessments to diagnose conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and neurodegenerative diseases.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, utilizing both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including EEGs, MRIs, and CT scans, to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physiotherapists, and psychologists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to improve quality of life.
• Participate in clinical research and trials to contribute to the advancement of neurological science and treatment methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in neurology and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical work.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff and students in the field of neurology.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness about neurological health and promote preventive care.

Preferred Candidate: * Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Neurology from a recognized institution.

• Board certification in Neurology or equivalent qualifications, demonstrating expertise in the field.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Exceptional diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in an understandable manner.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest research and innovations in neurology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and foster a positive working atmosphere.
• Proficient in using electronic health records and other medical software for patient management.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
