Role Overview

As part of the Miral Network Team, you will manage and monitor IT networks across

Microsoft Azure Cloud

and on-premises environments. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures, ensuring

reliability, security, and performance

, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and mentor junior team members in managing VOIP, LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Monitor and analyze security alerts; coordinate incident response and resolution. Administer and support network hardware/software (switches, routers, firewalls, IPS, load balancers). Execute network projects (upgrades, migrations, expansions) within budget and timelines. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans; manage risk exposure for Azure environments. Collaborate in IT audits and ensure secure deployment of new technologies.

Qualifications & Certifications

Essential:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE. CISSP certification.

Desirable:

MBA. Project Management Certification (Waterfall & Agile). Knowledge of ISO27001 standards. CISM or additional security certifications.

Experience

Essential:

Minimum 10 years in Network Administration.

Desirable:

2+ years managing large migrations and cloud adoptions.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

Advanced routing and switching (Cisco preferred), troubleshooting complex networks. Firewalls, segmentation, and security controls (FortiGate, Cisco ISE, ACLs, VPN, NGFW). Wireless networks and RF design. Data center networking and high-availability architectures. Monitoring and analysis tools (NetFlow, SNMP, Syslog, NMS/SIEM). Network hardening and compliance standards. Vendor technology management and escalation handling. Basic automation/scripting for operational efficiency.

Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies

Attention to detail and strong ownership. Analytical problem-solving under pressure. Clear communication and ability to explain technical issues simply. Time management and prioritization. Collaboration and teamwork across NOC, SOC, vendors, and internal teams. Adaptability and accountability in meeting SLAs and project timelines.
