Network & Security Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure. Manage WiFi controllers (Aruba) and ensure reliable wireless network connectivity. Configure and maintain firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and other network security devices. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency. Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Network & Security Engineering to operate within the QIG ICT/Infrastructure section Preferred certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Should have experience in Network Design & Implementation (LAN/WAN), WiFi Controller Management (Aruba), Firewall & WAF Configuration, Cloud Security, and Patch Management Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent. Should be available to join immediately.
