Help AG is looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join as Resident Engineers within our Managed Security Services (MSS) Unit. Resident Resources are deployed at customer sites across the UAE as part of MSS projects and work alongside customer governance and operations teams and other Help AG MSS teams. If you have 4-10 years’ experience in cyber security, strong technical skills as individual contributors, and a deep interest in security analysis/threat hunting/incident response/CyOps/IDAM, you may find your next opportunity at Help AG.
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Coordinate and handle incoming tickets and incidents from customers
• Work closely and communicate with infrastructure, solution design, monitoring and SOC teams
• Ensure delivery of projects and ticket resolution within defined SLA
• Perform regular health checks and preventive maintenance
• Maintain an adequate level of security in customer environment
• Perform infrastructure upgrades when needed

Qualifications:

• 4-5 Years’ Experience working hands on in Network Security
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Outstanding Organization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, positive can do attitude to work within a high-visibility NetSec Team.
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing and interpreting threat intelligence indicators, TTPs, and threat actors
• Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, IT security best practices, common attack types such as scans, man in the middle, sniffing, DoS, DDoS, etc., possible abnormal activities, such as worms, Trojans, viruses, etc. and detection/prevention methods.
• Knowledge of the type of events that firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other network security devices produce

Hands-on experience on experience on 3 or more of the following Technologies:

• Palo Alto
• Blue Coat,
• F5 (LTM,GTM, ASM, APM)
• Infoblox, FireEye

Certified on 3 or More of the Below technologies

• Palo Alto
• Blue Coat
• F5 (LTM,GTM, ASM, APM)
• Infoblox, FireEye

Knowledge of

• Encryption
• SSL Off-loaded
• DDoS Protection

One or more of the below certifications (not limited to):

• CISSP/CISM/CISA/CCSP
• GCIA/GCIH/GSOC
• CEH/OSCP/OSCE
• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
• ISO 27001 LA/LI
• ISO 20000 LA/LI
