KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews the progress of projects with concerned Engineering sections contractors/ vendors/ suppliers Attending the Site survey and understand the requirements Oversees the development and implementation of KPIs on project progress and compliance to project schedule. Manage the field resource Oversees the resolution of major issues/ concerns that adversely impact project quality and schedule Highlighting the project issues Bears overall responsibility for all activities related to hardware installation, system cabling/ wiring and software loading as well as verification of features and functions Oversees and bears overall responsibility for the handover of the complete system to Network Operations. Keeps up and maintains good working relationships with other Engineering sections to ensure effective coordination and infrastructure support. Proposes changes and modifications of procedures for smooth project implementation, and better utilization of manpower and resources to achieve higher reliability as well as efficiency. Compiles and presents technical/ operational reports for superiors as required. Identifies training needs of subordinates to ensure enhancement of skills. Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions. Manage all required data related to project (ALM , Maximo ,capitalization process ,PCC) Strong background on network topology related to core services Background on operating systems and networking Management skill Industry awareness and business acumen Installation, Testing and Commissioning skills Kknowledge on power and cooling Statistical and Operational reporting and analysis. Knowledge of Engineering /Manufacturers' manuals,standards and procedures Contractor/suppliers relation management

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,500.00 per month
