Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Network Engineer
with background in systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have3-5 years experience
, preferably within the UAE, including design, installation, and client interaction. Avalid UAE driving license
is preferred for this role.Main Responsibilities
Supporting key projects to ensure successful completion of the projects. Conduct in-depth analysis and health check of customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions Design and Implement Network, UCC, and Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Collaborate with the sales team to respond to RFP/RFQ/RFI and prepare documents to meet tender requirements Lead proof-of-concept (POC) environments to validate solutions for customers. Handle L1 Customer Incidents and provide timely resolution to resolve issues. Following up with local suppliers Participate with Vendors/Channels to stay updated on Technology Roadmap
Skills:
Minimum CCNA skills required Knowledge of Switching and routing fundamentals Basic Knowledge of Passive structured cabling systems Strong inter-personal skills Good Communication & Report Writing Skills Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment Quick Learner with hunger to develop
