Job Description
Hiring Network Operations Center (NOC) Administrator who will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting our company's network infrastructure. This individual will provide 24/7 proactive monitoring, centralized network management, rapid response to incidents, enhanced security, real-time visibility, and improved reliability to ensure that critical business operations run smoothly. Through effective NOC operations, the organization can optimize network performance, reduce downtime, and minimize the impact of network issues. Additionally, the role supports cost efficiency by identifying performance gaps and areas for improvement, enabling informed decisions on network upgrades and enhancements.
Skills and Responsibilities:
o 24/7 Network Monitoring
Network Performance & Availability Management CCTV Network & Video Traffic Monitoring Incident Detection & Escalation SLA-Based Response Centralized Network Operations
u Should have Masters/bachelor's in computer science/Engineering (mandatory).
u Should have minimum CCNA Certification
u
Should have UAE Driving license.
u Willing to work on a rotating schedule. (Afternoon and Night)
u Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
