Network Infrastructure Operator
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the health of the IT infrastructure regarding networks, data links, telephony and data center.
Maintain the administrative telephone center;
Perform and monitor calls with service providers to solve problems and/or improve;
Answer and monitor the calls and flows of areas/users;
Monitor the quality of infrastructure/network/telecom resources;
Job Requirements:
Perform the installation, configuration, update and maintenance of software and hardware related to infrastructure/network/telecom periodically;
Perform configurations, optimizations in infrastructure/network/telecom equipment such as routers, switches;
Perform activities to include, remove and organize equipment, network and infrastructure in Data center.
Higher Education Completed or concluding in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar areas;
Professional experience with network infrastructure, data links, telephony, data center;
