Job Summary

: We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise in networking technologies, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to LAN, WAN, VPN, and WLAN.

Assist in the design, implementation, and configuration of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

Provide second-level support for network-related incidents and service requests.

Conduct regular network assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with the Level 1 support team to resolve escalated issues.

Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices.

Participate in network-related projects and initiatives.

Experience in design and preparing the LLD, HLD, presentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

3-5 years of experience in network engineering or support.

Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.) and technologies (VPNs, VLANs, etc.).

Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting utilities.

Familiarity with firewall technologies and security best practices.

CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
