Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management

Oversee and optimize Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
Supervise hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and ensure seamless cloud integration.
Implement network security best practices across servers, access points, and endpoint devices.
Lead IT modernization efforts, including cloud migrations, automation, and digital transformation.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Develop and enforce IT security policies to mitigate cyber threats, fraud, and unauthorized access.
Implement zero-trust security models, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, UAE cybersecurity regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular security audits, penetration testing, and incident response planning.

Enterprise Systems & Software Management

Administer ERP (preferably SAP) and ensure optimal system performance.
Oversee software licensing, renewals, and vendor agreements for Microsoft, Autodesk, and enterprise applications.
Ensure seamless integration and performance of CCTV, biometric attendance systems, Avaya telecom, and corporate telecom services.

IT Governance & Leadership

Define and execute IT strategy, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Lead a team of network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and software developers.
Manage IT vendors, service providers, and ensure high-performance SLA management.
Optimize IT asset management, AMC contracts, and warranty tracking.

Qualifications & Certifications
Education

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Masters degree (preferred but not mandatory) in IT Management, Cybersecurity, or Business Technology.
Certifications (Preferred)
Microsoft & Cloud: MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect.
Networking & Security: CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH.
IT Governance & Compliance: ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
ERP & Business Applications: SAP Certified Technology Associate (or equivalent).

Experience

10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within contracting, manufacturing, or multi-site operations.
Proven expertise in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance.
Hands-on experience in ERP administration (preferably SAP) and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, and team leadership
