Job Title: Network Administrator / Network Engineer

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator/Engineer to design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. The role requires ensuring high performance, security, compliance, and scalability while supporting daily network operations and long-term infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement secure and scalable network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN). Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues using diagnostic and monitoring tools. Maintain and upgrade network hardware, software, firewalls, routers, switches, and security appliances. Ensure network security through access controls, patching, monitoring, and compliance with organizational standards. Conduct regular network assessments, performance tuning, and security audits. Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for operational continuity. Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to support infrastructure projects and integrations. Assist in planning for future network growth and technological improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or similar role. Strong hands-on expertise with:

Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, SolarWinds NPM, Nagios, PuTTY/SSH, PRTG, GNS3

Ansible, Juniper Junos, Nmap

In-depth understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls). Experience with enterprise network infrastructure, security configurations, and performance management. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues under pressure. Strong documentation and communication skills. * Relevant certifications preferred (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, Network+).
