The

NetSuite Solution Architect

will be responsible for coordinating, designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable NetSuite ERP solutions that align with business objectives and operational processes. This role acts as the technical and functional expert, bridging the gap between business needs and system capabilities, ensuring efficient end-to-end process integration across the business functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

Lead the design of scalable, integrated NetSuite ERP solutions that support core business processes.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Develop solution blueprints, integration models, and system configuration strategies.

Ensure that the architecture aligns with enterprise IT standards and future scalability needs.

2. Implementation & Deployment

Oversee the implementation of new modules, enhancements, and system integrations.

Lead system configuration, customization, and testing activities.

Collaborate with implementation partners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment.

Drive data migration strategy, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

3. System Optimization & Support

Conduct regular system assessments to identify areas for performance optimization.

Recommend and implement automation, workflow improvements, and advanced reporting capabilities.

Manage and resolve escalated issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Maintain system documentation, process maps, and knowledge bases.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and other departments to understand evolving needs.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership for ERP-related strategy, roadmap, and governance.

Provide training and mentoring to internal NetSuite users and administrators.

5. Integration & Technology Management

Design and oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications (CRM, HRMS, eCommerce, BI tools, etc - if any).

Evaluate and recommend NetSuite modules, plug-ins, and best practices to enhance functionality.

Collaborate with developers to ensure proper use of Suite APIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

NetSuite Certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteFoundation) preferred.

Experience

7+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP design and implementation.

Proven track record as a NetSuite Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant.

Strong experience in the following modules Sales, Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, and CRM.

Hands-on experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (Web Services), and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft).

Experience in end-to-end ERP implementations across multi-subsidiary or multi-country environments.

Experience in industries such as Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing.

Familiarity with other enterprise systems (Salesforce, Power BI, etc.).

Change management and process reengineering experience.

Skills & Competencies

Strong business process understanding (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, SCM, Project Accounting).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams and vendors.
