Job Description

Objective

The NetSuite Functional Consultant for NetSuite Application is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system and related IT applications for the Community Management. This role will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business processes and enhance system functionality.

Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities)

1. Manage the configuration, customization, and administration of the NetSuite ERP system to meet business requirements and optimize functionality.


2. Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related inquiries.


3. Manage the implementation of NetSuite modules, features, or enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and rollout. Coordinate with IT


teams and external vendors to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other applications.


4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and best practices.


5. Establish and enforce user access controls, permissions, and security policies within NetSuite to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory


requirements.


6. Conduct user training sessions to ensure full awareness and smooth implementation of the software.


7. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within NetSuite and related IT applications to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.


Collaborate with the business to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement solutions that align with the business goals.


8. Develop and maintain data management processes, including data import/export, cleansing, and migration, to ensure data integrity and accuracy within NetSuite.


Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and information to support decision making.

11. Apply in-depth knowledge and practical experience with NetSuite's development framework, including SuiteScript (client/server), SuiteBuilder, and REST/SOAP web


services APIs, to build customizations, automate processes, and extend system functionality to meet evolving business needs.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

ESSENTIAL


1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.


2. 5-10 Years of Experience in managing IT Applications with 2-3 years experience in NetSuites


3. Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and customizations within the NetSuite platform.

PREFERRED:

1. Post Graduate Certification in IT or ERP Applications such as NetSuites, Microsft Azure, Google Gen.


2. Experience in the programming and developing softwares


3. Experience in IT Project Management


4. Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks and processes, particularly RERA and Mollak regulations and procedures

Skills

1. In-depth understanding and knowledge of NetSuite ERP system, Microsoft Azure, Infore and Microsoft Dynamic.


2. Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and manage NetSuite-related projects, including upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.


3. Knowledge in system administration, integration and data management.


4. Familiarity with NetSuite reporting tools to create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for business intelligence and decision-making.
