Job Description

The Role

The NetSuite System Administrator will perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, project, change request, and support tasks for all NetSuite application and the ecosystems \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, review, and revise feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Support requests for new/update/termination of users/roles, partners and associated accounts/roles, workflow design, maintenance and troubleshoot \xe2\x80\xa2 Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaison with NetSuite Support \xe2\x80\xa2 Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPI\'s, and dashboards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor end-user usage, daily system scripts and track performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, test, and deploy customizations utilizing partners and consultants \xe2\x80\xa2 The NetSuite System Administrator will develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations and communicates to customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage incidents and change management through the service desk \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise and assist with data migration and accounting best practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate effectively with owners/management on a regular basis to establish performance expectations \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess internal control environment and implement process improvements \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls \xe2\x80\xa2 Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential

Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Finance \xe2\x80\xa2 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years NetSuite experience \xe2\x80\xa2 DevOps experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep knowledge of accounting software \xe2\x80\xa2 EDI/API experience preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Accounts Payable experience integrating and utilizing software like Versa
