The Role You will be responsible for :
Develop, maintain, and optimize .NET-based services for processing GPS device data.
Integrate and manage GPS tracking devices, ensuring seamless data transmission and storage.
Work with Teltonika or similar GPS devices (experience with Teltonika protocols is a plus).
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services to handle real-time GPS data.
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to GPS data parsing, transmission, and storage.
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth data flow between devices and applications.
Optimize database queries and storage for large-scale GPS data processing.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Document technical specifications, APIs, and integration processes.
Ideal Profile Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core).
Hands-on experience with GPS device integration (Teltonika experience is a strong plus).
Knowledge of GPS protocols (e.g., Teltonika FMC, or similar).
Experience with real-time data processing and backend services.
Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Understanding of IoT and telematics systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with message brokers (MQTT, Kafka).
Previous work in fleet management or telematics software.
