About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

NestJS Backend Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

at least 3 years of professional backend development experience

, with proven expertise in building and maintaining

mid-to-large scale NestJS applications

. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend services while ensuring high performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

NestJS

. Work with

MongoDB

to design schemas, manage queries, and optimize performance. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to define and deliver robust APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability. Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.
Requirements

3+ years of professional backend development experience

(must).

Strong hands-on experience with NestJS

in mid-to-large scale projects. Proficiency in

MongoDB

(schema design, performance optimization, aggregation pipelines). Solid understanding of

TypeScript

,

Node.js

, and modern backend development practices. Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.). Strong understanding of software architecture, modular design, and best practices. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus. Ability to work independently and take ownership of backend features.
Nice to Have

Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of GraphQL. Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
