Job Description
Alain Medical Center is looking for an experienced
Nephrologist
to join our team on arevenue-sharing basis
. We seek a specialist who can provide expert care in kidney-related diseases and contribute to the growth of our specialty services.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with kidney disorders. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases. Interpret diagnostic tests including renal function tests, ultrasounds, and biopsies. Provide management plans for hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and related conditions. Offer follow-up consultations and continuity of care. Collaborate with other specialists and clinical departments for comprehensive patient management. Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with MOH standards.
Requirements:
Valid MOH License or Eligibility
(required). Proven clinical experience as a Nephrologist. Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.Arabic language skills - an advantage.
Own visa - an advantage.
Ability to work independently under a revenue-sharing model.Compensation:
Pure revenue-sharing basis (no fixed salary).
Attractive and transparent percentage sharing, finalized during the interview.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
