We want to hear that magical "wow!" from our customers.To boost our growth, we are now looking for an energetic, skillful Nepali Community Manager for our Sales Team to join!Role Purpose:Build and roll-out marketing strategies, go-to-market plans and sales plans ensuring the successful market penetration, ensuring that hundreds of thousands of Nepali expats will relate and benefit by the use of Pyypl products and services within the UAEBuild and roll-out action and sale plans to increase the amount and number of daily and monthly remittance transactions for the Bangladeshi corridor through community activitiesWork closely with internal functions like Direct and Indirect Sales, Digital Marketing, Partnerships, etc. to ensure all activities and actions are properly executed based on the go-to-market and sale strategy for the Nepali communities in UAEBuild and manage a network of Pyypl specialists, promoters, influencers, ambassadors, community leaders among the Nepali communities, in UAEDrive user on boarding (customer acquisitions) and loyalty of usage for Pyypl products and services, mainly remittances, following the KPIs and targets defined by the UAE Head of SalesOrganize, manage, and participate daily, multilevel events, to build a Pyypl community within your communities and boost brand awareness. Coordinate with Digital Marketing, PR and Communication teams to ensure brand consistency and awarenessBecome the voice of the communities towards Pyypl internal functions, indicating where to fine-tune products and services to satisfy the needs of usersEnsure that the product and communications resonate deeply among the Nepali communitiesIncrease reach and availability in the market and ensure product performance through effective branding, user engagement and direct marketing activitiesCheck and track the availability of Pyypl physical products across the designated areas within reseller shops, online channels, physical distribution channels etc.Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategiesCulture and Personal Characteristics:Highly sales driven and experienced in working within a fast forward environmentYou are a true networker and a real people's personYou are well known, and you know the right people within your community, both for digital and physical influenceYou are a team player, and you can manage teams directly or indirectly by leading by exampleYou have an insatiable drive to make things betterYou are diplomatic and respect different cultures and peopleYou are results and numbers driven. You are a real salespersonBuild and manage a network of Pyypl fanatics in your designated communityDrive loads and usage of the Pyypl services among your communityEnsure that the product and communications resonate deeply within your communityYou are the voice of your community towards Pyypl internal functionsYou are the ultimate inspirer in your country to get Pyypl to put more efforts into delighting your communityThis is a country-wide responsibility, and requires being personally present in your community regardless of geographical location within the countryEducation & Experience:Should be holding a Bachelor's/Masters Degree into Finance/Marketing or Business Administration.8+ years' total experience, working for a FMCG, telecom, Remittance organization or similar company, directly spending most of your time with the end-consumers/customers in the market, and directly promoting products and services is mandatory for applying for the role5+ years' experience in working with remittance industries owning part of Bangladeshi corridor's monthly business, defining action plans from conception to full execution, to increase revenues and number of transactions 5+ years' Experience launching community initiatives - building 360 marketing campaigns, launching community ambassador programs, creating, and managing large community events and managing influencer teams both online and offline5+ Experience in managing mass consumer community events. Worked with marketing/ promotor agencies (preferably with a background in large scale sales events and activities)Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (i.e., repeat attendance at events)Hands on experience with social media management, being a community influencer, yourself is highly preferredYour culture:Knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations, recruiting sources and strategies;Strong decision-making skills;Strong customer service attitude and ability to adjust to multiple changing, and often competing priorities;Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust;Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills;Superior verbal and written communication skills;Excellent negotiation skills.Benefits:At Pyypl, we don't just offer jobs but careers.
